He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Knuth and Evelyn Knuth (Kollmann); and his sister Lori Knuth. He is survived by: his wife Carol Trauba; his sons, Steven (Cori) and Matthew Knuth (Blythe Hephner); his grandchildren, Marcus and Vera; and his siblings, Chuck Knuth (Heidi) and Nancy Holtz (George). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
