It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Mahaffey of Lodi, Wisconsin, born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 6, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Mahaffey and Betty Mahaffey (Leyda); and her siblings, William and Judith Poulsen. She is survived by: her daughter Colleen Richardson (Ross); her stepgrandchildren, Casie and Cailyn; and her brother Jim Mahaffey (Mary). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
