Sanford Hamre Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2018, at the age of 77, Sanford Hamre (Lodi, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Tracey; his siblings, Kathy, Karen, Everett, Carlton and Ronald; his nephew Todd Wendt; and his brothers-in-law, Harold Stoltenberg and James Stoltenberg.

He is survived by: his parents, Ervin Hamre and Myrtle Hamre (Hanson); his wife Louise; his daughter Susan Veling; his son-in-law Charlie Veling; his grandchildren, Zachary Veling and Katarina Veling; his siblings, Richard Hamre (Jan) and Laurel Herwig (Jon); and his siblings-in-law, Joe Christian, Judy Hamre, Jackie Hamre, Shirley Stoltenberg, Dorothy Stoltenberg, Marie Vent and Elaine Podoll (Keith). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family would prefer memorials to Agrace HospiceCare, Wisconsin Parkinson's Foundation or First Lutheran Church.
