Elsing (Lodi, Wisconsin), born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 28, 2020, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. In 2008, Ross graduated from Lodi High School with a scholarship from The William T. Evjue Foundation.
