He was predeceased by: his parents, William Baxter and Edith Baxter (Lippitt); his wife Margaret Swinehart; and his sister Navonne Baxter. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Baxter (Kevin Kalish) and James Baxter; and his brother Neil Baxter (Judi). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
