She is survived by: her husband Dana Quigley; her children, Heather Krupa, Shannon Hansen (Rand) and Chelsey Wallom (Chris); her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Riley Krupa, Anders, Cheryl Hansen and Grainger; and her brother Joseph Bruno (Gail). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Cookie's memory to the Alzheimer's Association and the American Red Cross.
