With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Margaret M. Couper-Falagario of Lodi, Wisconsin, born in Chicago, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Kelly and Margaret Kelly; her former husband Delmar H Couper Jr.; and her husband Frank T. Falagario. She is survived by: her sons, Danny Couper (Liz) and Stephen Patrick Couper (Collette).
