He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Foss and Pearl Foss (Bonner). He is survived by: his wife Lois Elaine Roberts; his children, Jeffery Foss (Christine) and Kendra Sutter (Tim); and his granddaughters, Morgan and Marissa Sutter.
