She is survived by: her children, Dr. Charles "Mike" (Tina), Patricia Clemens (Scott) and Matthew (Lonna); and her grandchildren, Jason, Jared, Lisa Burros, Brenda Koenig (Jeremy), Alan Clemens (Chrissy), Jeff (Misty) and David (Christine).
