She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara Jo Rott (White); her son Justin; and her stepmother Evelyn Rott. She is survived by: her father Richard Rott (Linda); her sons, Jared Tatro (Amy) and David Tatro; her grandchildren, Kaelyn, Tatum and Joshua Tatro; her siblings, Cy Rott, Karen Drew, Marc Rott, Joe Rott, Leisa Heimbecker (Mark) and Amy Larson (Terry); her stepsiblings, Nicolas Cable (Mary), Lonna Zeman (Mathew), Russ Cable (Barb), Marcy Koenig (Brian) and Alisha Hahn (Tony); and her former husband Paul Tatro (Ann). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A memorial fund in Cindy's name is being established.
