He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Jinkins and Charlotte Jinkins (Brun); and his brother Charles Jinkins. He is survived by: his children, Philip Jinkins (Missy) of Livingston and Michelle Jinkins of Wauwatosa; his grandchildren, Gavin Jinkins of Platteville and Paige Jinkins of Verona; his siblings, John "Jack" Jinkins (Donna) of Dodgeville, Mark Jinkins (Ann) and Mary Kunzelman (Ron); his spouse Siri Zimmerman; and his son Phil. He is also survived by many close friends and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Livingston First Responders, in Livingston.
