He is survived by: his wife Jean Johnson (Cushman) of Livingston; his children, Cindy Glenister (Lincoln) of Makakilo, HI, Jeff Johnson (Charlotte) of Colorado Springs, CO and Kendall Cummins (Carla) of Platteville; his grandchildren, Ben (Daniel Glenister), Amy Smith (Glenister), Sonja Jaramillo (Glenister), Henry (Edward Johnson) and Kayla (Caden Cummins); and his brothers, Dennis Cummins (Laurel) of Pahrump, NV and Ross Cummins (Carol) of Madison, WI.. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
