He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kozlowski and Hilda Kozlowski (Friedman); his mother-in-law Carol Laurent; his siblings-in-law, Dan Fuller, Conrad Larochelle, Jerry LaViolette, Rob Campbell, Ed Roulette and Cathy Kozlowski; his daughter-in-law Tyrelle Kozlowski; his cousins, Gary and Bob Kozlosky; his godson Cory Folts; and also Jeremy Aerts.
He is survived by: his wife Renee Laurent; his children, Keith of New Franken, Shawn (Alicia) of Oconto Falls, Willie (Niki) of Abrams, Carol Wiens (Tim) of Oconto, Cami Olson (Ryan) of Oconto and Paula Bourassa (Ryan) of Oconto; his grandchildren, Julie, Isabella, Dillan (Summer), Lydia, Brayden, Maverick, Clara, Chandler, Josie, Lyla, Emily and Joseph; and his siblings, Joyce LaViolette of Shawano, Tom Kozlowski of Abrams, Sue Roulette (Mike) of Green Bay, Sandy Brzoznowski (Charlie) of Green Bay, Pat Groeschel (Richard) of Green Bay and Doris Kozlowski of Green Bay. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
