He was predeceased by: his father John Kozloski; his son-in-law Dick Schaden; his granddaughter Melissa Peters; his great grandchild Ethan Barron; his siblings, Lucille Drzewiecki (Bill), Dorothy Deiderich (Kenneth), Chester Kozloski (Betty) and Daniel Kozloski (Vivian); his parents-in-law, Sam and Adele Patenaude; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Hernet; his stepfather Tony Rowinski; and his niece Jane Kozloski.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Patenaude; his daughter Nancy Schaden; his grandchildren, Kevin Schaden (Becky), Heather Barron (Vic) and Rick Peters; his great grandchildren, Clay, Addi and Macie; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Hernet and Judy Kozloski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
