He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer A. Schultz and Rose Schultz (Kozlowski); his brother Roger Schultz; his father-in-law Leo Matuszewski; his stepson Donald Revolinski II (Chief); his brother-in-law Howard Bastian; and his close friend Ed Borzych.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Revolinski (Matuszewski); his stepdaughter Tamra Lea Revolinski of Williamstown, KY; his stepgrandchildren, Donald John Revolinski III and Marie Rose Revolinski; his siblings, Larry Schultz (Betty), David Schultz (Betsy) and Darlene Busch (Dan); his mother-in-law Arlene Matuszewski; and also, Buster Matuszewski (Berta), Pat Bastian, Brookside, Terri VanDomelen (Mike) and Sherwood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
