He is survived by: his wife Ann Lindloff; his daughters, Dana VerKuilen (Andy) and Lisa Schmitz (Corey); his grandchildren, Carter, Callie, Colten VerKuilen and Lucas Schmitz; and his siblings, Susan Buxton (Thomas), JoAnn Riechwald (John), Michael Gerend (Susan) and David Gerend (Cindy).
