It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Joseph Locy of Little Chute, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 7, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Locy and Geraldine Locy of Little Chute. He is survived by: his wife Deborah (Hill); his children, Gretchen Locy (Tom Kaczmarski), Kent Locy (Karin) and Nicole Phillips (Saul); his stepson Brandon Fobes; and his siblings, James Locy, Alice Weyers and Mary Gloudemans. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
