He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Harp and Loretta Harp; and also, Simon and Marie Ebben. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ebben; his children, Bob (Sue) and Deanne Webster; his grandchildren, Jill Vissers (Matt), Christopher Harp (Elizabeth), Nicole Pietsch (Brian), Kathryn Ormiston (Nathan) and Anna Webster; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlin, Adalyn Vissers, Lucas, Olivia Pietsch and Lily Ormiston.
The family looks forward to thanking everyone at a summer Celebration of Life due to the current circumstances around the COVID-19 virus.
