He was predeceased by: his mother Emma Fairchild; his siblings, Jack Fairchild, Mary Perrault (Harold), Wanda Fairchild, Judy Kaddatz (Gene), Omeida Tordoer (Bill) and Peggy Holcomb; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Peerenboom (Dorothy), Clarence Peerenboom (Betty), Russell Tiedemann, Marlene Peerenboom, Marge Peerenboom, Rita Van Roy and Barbara Peerenboom.
He is survived by: his close friend Mary Lou; his wife Mary Lou; his children, Scott Fairchild (Sue), Stacey Thein (Jeff) and Ronnie Fairchild (Jeni); his grandchildren, Logan Thein (Jackie), Luke Thein (Carolyn), Lexi Owenby (Drake), Chase Fairchild, Amanda Belville (Chris) and Tammy Keen (Dan Steidl); his great grandchildren, Atticus, Ezra Thein, River Owenby, Easton, Kenlyn and Amara Belville; and his siblings-in-law, Irene Tiedemann, Joyce Mader, Carol Bogenschutz (Tom), Mary Fairchild, Bernie Van Roy, Hank Peerenboom (Jan), Jim Peerenboom (Pat) and Tom Peerenboom (Sheri). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and other relatives.
