She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Eckes and Mary Eckes (Horn); her husband Robert Peterson; and her siblings, Hilary, Roman, Fredrick Eckes and Margaret Morse.
She is survived by: her daughter Theresa Vannett (Ralph) of Kaukauna; her grandchildren, David Vanett (Lori) of Black Creek and Christine Schuh (Rob) of Freedom; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Sydney Vannett, Alexis and Brooke Schuh; and her sister Clara Spence of Appleton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established for therapy dog training to honor Mom's therapy dog, Bella, who always made her smile.
