She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin Weyenberg and Myrtle Weyenberg (Moser); her brother Jim Weyenberg (Janet); her stepfather Don Vandehey; her stepsiblings, Mary Lou Vandehey and Dick Vandehey; her parents-in-law, Norbert and Josephine Hietpas; her great grandchild Charlotte Hietpas; and her brothers-in-law, Larry Diedrick and Leo Hietpas.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Hietpas; her children, Jane Rusch (Chris), Jerry Little Chute (Barb), Dan Darboy (Denise), Mike Little Chute (Deenna), Tom Verona (Jill) and Dennis Little Chute (Melissa); her grandchildren, Nolan (Becky), Valerie Van Lanen (Chris), Quinn (Amber), Heather, Mike (Erin), Carlee, Allison, Emma, Riley, Elizabeth, Eric, Ben, Makenna Hietpas, Garrett, Connor, Nicholas Rusch, Justine Dunk (Steve) and Brent Smeaten; her great grandchildren, Cece, Tessa, Chloee, Dawson, Vincent, Leo, Pierce, Laine, Chance, Lexi and Trent; her siblings, Dolly Gerhartz (Ed), Mary Ann Vander Wielen (Ken), Carol Micke (Gary), Roy Weyenberg (Kathryn) and Tom Weyenberg (Carol); her stepbrothers, Dave Vandehey (Jacci) and Mark Vandehey (Pat); her sister-in-law Karen Hietpas; her godchildren, Carol Micke, Dan Vanden Heuvel, Sandy Vanden Hogan, Mike Diedrick, Rachel Lom, Jeff Kaufman, Annette Noles and Erin Bal; and also, Gene Hietpas (Margie), Greg Hietpas (Elizabeth) and Arlene Kaufman (Cal).
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, a private Mass of Christian Burial for Lois' immediate family will be held at 11:00 a. m. on Thursday, May 7th at St. John Nepomucene.
