He is survived by: his brothers, Wayne Ostruszka (Kathleen) and Paul Ostruszka (Lorri); his nephews, Leo, Sean, Scott and Erin; his niece Katherine; his friends, Chuck, Tom, Christine, Stacie, Marty and Mike; and his close friend Rosemary VandenLangenberg.
