She was predeceased by: her father Orville Otradovec; and her sister Linda Fernandez. She is survived by: her mother Rose Marie Otradovec (Fernandez); her siblings, Laurie Holtz (Michael), Joann Wilderman (Tonya), Brenda Woroszylo (Dennis) and Tracy Skenandore (Joey); her nieces and nephews, Shane, Carrie, Melissa, Amanda, Nyssa, Elizabeth, Sky, Sloan, Scott, Stephanie, Taylor and Sierra; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyrone, Elena of Reece, R. J. and Zander. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and co-workers.
