She is survived by: her children, David Jr. (Rhonda Eick), Kimberly, Dan (Jackie), Laurie Effa (James), Seymour, Lynn, Lisa Scheel (Mike) of Cochrane, WI and Don (Tonya Erickson); her grandchildren, David III Nelson (Tiffany), Margaret Nelson (Sean Armstrong), Rebecca Schreiber (Sam), Ken Nelson, Danielle Karls (Phil), Jennifer Fischer (Jake), Tiffany Liesgang Effa (Justin), James Effa, Rachel Messner (Brock), Ashley Heyn (Brigham), Nicholas Effa, Michael Dewayne, Jesse Scheel (Courtney) and Dustin Nelson; her great grandchildren, Kiley, Rowan, Avery, Adelyn, Abram, Ariana, Lilly and Milo; her siblings, Bonita Ankley and Kermit Thompson; and her sister-in-law Cheryl Thompson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
