She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Baldwin (King) and Byron Baldwin; her husband Carl Marsh; and her siblings, Byron, Jay, Harold Baldwin and Betty Flint.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas "Al" Scruggs, Frank Scruggs (Jan Zeniewicz), Jack Scruggs (Connie), Denise Scruggs and Marlo Fischer (Chuck); her grandchildren, Jennifer McCoy (Chris), Elaina Damrau (David), Tommy Scruggs, Matthew Scruggs, Rebecca Payne, Sarah Mansfield (Ken), Kristen Parkhurst (Josh), Alicia DuRoy-Saunders, Christopher DuRoy (Sara), Cody Dempsey, Blake Dempsey and Caitlin Dempsey; and her sisters, Helen Edwards (Jim) and Barbara (Bob). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
