He was predeceased by: his parents, George Vanderloop and Marjorie Vanderloop; his wife Mary K. Lamers; his parents-in-law, Boots and Kate Lamers; and his sister Pat Hermsen (Jack).
He is survived by: his children, Kris Kerkhoff (Jerry), Todd Vanderloop (Lori), Katy Court (Roger) and Tom Vanderloop; his grandchildren, Molly Johnson (Ross), Ted Kerkhoff (Stephanie), Matt Kerkhoff, Katherine Vander Zanden (Kevin), Andy Vanderloop (Amy), Robert Vanderloop (Melissa), Cindy Vanderloop (Zach), Paul Court (Sam), Jane Elliott (Ronn), Brian Vanderloop (Becca), Traci Vanderloop and Kevin Vanderloop (Bekah); his sister Marilyn Wyngaard (Richard); and his sister-in-law Jane Jilek (Ronald "Fritz"). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
