He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Wild; his children, Janice Ahlstrom (Greg) of Eagan, MN, Floyd Schmidt, Mary Weisnicht (Scott), Kevin Schmidt, Keith Schmidt and Lisa Schmidt; his grandchildren, Hans, Erik, Tucker, Daniel, Cody, Jacob, Abigail, Elizabeth, Sarah, Nora, Samuel, Ruth, Melissa, Dylan and Emily; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Julian, Abrielle, Jack, Grace, Benjamin, Gideon, Braylynn and Jeremiah; his siblings, Audrey Meulemans (Roger), Debbie Klinge (Harlin) and Dennis Schmidt (Julie); and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Schmidt, Carol Wild, Donna Pietz (Jerry), Joan Tatro (Gary), Patricia Boehnlein, Randy Fleischman (Marie), Robert Wild and Terrance Wild. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
