She is survived by: her former husband Joseph Uitenbroek; her husband Joe; her children, Luke (Michelle), Ann Kussow (Dick), Mark (Renee), Carl (Cheryl), Bruce (Lori), Kay Van Rossum (Bryan), Doris Lamers (Steve), Joe (Tracy) and Amy Hendricks (Mike); her grandchildren, Jeremy, Justin, Emily, Luke, Vanessa Uitenbroek, Kevin (Tanya), Jeff (Sarah), Jeanette Kussow, Gregory, Erin, Christine, Joseph Uitenbroek, Jason, Leah Uitenbroek, Crystal Boylan (Andy), Cody (Emma), Charlie Van Rossum, Steven, Jonathon (Sarah), Maria, Andrew Lamers, Alexis, Ben Uitenbroek, Carlie, Mason, Carissa and Isaac Hendricks; her parents-in-law, Jerome Diedrick (Pat), Bob Diedrick (Judy), Rita Hietpas (Jerry), Imelda Hietpas (Marv), Rose Ebben, Marian Diedrick and Margaret Artz, Sr. (Larry); and her nieces and nephews, Donna Uitenbroek, Clifford Uitenbroek, Jerome Uitenbroek (Lynn), Ruth Uitenbroek and Irene Uitenbroek.
