Edward Hammen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Hammen of Little Chute, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 25, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Hammen and Lucille Hammen (Rademacher); his former wife Imelda Peña; and his parents-in-law, Vicki Hammen, Dr. Jim Bouressa, Carol Janssen (Ken) and Les Janssen.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Vanden Heuvel (Bouressa); his children, Gracie Mueller (Joel), Edward Jr. Hammen (Jenifer) and Frank Hammen (Candace); his stepchildren, Daniel Vanden Heuvel (Gail), David Vanden Heuvel (Lynn) and Erin Vandenberg (Greg); his grandchildren, Alex, Ellie, Noah Mueller, Teagan, Tatum, Trayden Hammen, Peyton, Rylee, Madison Hammen, Nick (Maggie), Noel Vanden Heuvel, Claire, Mitchell, Will, Charlie Vanden Heuvel, Allison, Libby and Logan Vandenberg; his siblings, Linda Hansen (Lyle), Bruce Hammen (Betty), Lois Ciske (Tom), Mark Hammen and Nick Hammen (Deb); and his parents-in-law, Janet Janssen, Phil Bouressa (Birdie), Jayne Smits (David) and Mona Bouressa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a private family service will take place.
He volunteered with the ThedaCare Community Action Team and the Community Health Foundation.
