He is survived by: his spouse Gail A. VanderVelden (Whitcomb); his children, Steve VanderVelden (Sue), Little Chute, Allan VanderVelden, Ed VanderVelden (Annie) and Mary Kunstman; his grandchildren, Thom VanderVelden (Diane), Tanya Joosten (Brock), Tyler VanderVelden, JoAnn Kunstman, Emily Kunstman (Steven Schemm), Ben Kunstman (Alexis), Ashley VanderVelden, Kyle VanderVelden (Talia) and Tony VanderVelden (Cassandra); his great grandchildren, Ethan, Elizabeth, Makenna, Carter, Harper, Marley, Oliver, Hailey, Ellie and Claira; his children-in-law, Patty VanderVelden and Joe Kunstman; his sister Joyce Dieda (Al); his siblings-in-law, Dean Walker, Curt Whitcomb (Monique), Glenn Whitcomb (Marie) and Karen Wettstein (Randy); and his friend Mike Moderson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, in-laws, and friends.
