He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Welch and Cordella Welch; his siblings, Myrna Fahrbach and Ronald Welch; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Welch, Jan Ulman, Jean Hauter, Jerry Fleming, Gordon Fleming and Wayne Fleming.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Welch of Little Chute; his children, Michael Welch (Kathy) of Arden Hills, Minnesota, Jodi Boldt (James) of Kimberly, Craig Welch (Sarah) of Appleton, Chad Welch (Tina Schneider) of De Pere and Danny Welch (Gina) of Los Angeles, California; his grandchildren, Alexandra (Kenyah Duran) and Andrew Welch; his children, Halle, Lily Boldt, Hannah, Hattie Welch, Levi, Everett and Tyler Welch; his siblings, Lloyd "Bill" Welch (Mary Ann) and Pat Schuh (Don); his siblings-in-law, Barbara Romaine, Kevin Fleming (Manny), Tom Fleming (Vicki) and Allan Fleming; and his caregivers, Karissa, Autumn and Craig. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
