She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob De and Edna Van De (Kerkhoff); her husband Jim Hammen; her son-in-law Larry Grant; her brothers, Robert Van De (Della) and Eugene Van De Loo; and her sisters-in-law, Janice Hammen, Marie Balgie (Paul), Agnes Schuler (Eddie), Florence Poppe (Eddie) and Doris Vosters (Butch).
She is survived by: her children, Rose Bogard (Mike), Jean Grant (Glenn Frank), Patty Weyenberg, Gail Weyenberg (Gary), Phil Hammen (Kelly), Lynn Wenham (Randy) and Jim Hammen (Sue); her siblings, Theresa Van Zeeland, Mary Lois Lamers (Frank), Eunice Micke, Sandra Smelling (Don), Lola Van De Loo, Victor Van De (Mary Jane) and Donald Van De (Barbara); and her siblings-in-law, Joan Driessen, Bob Hammen, Ike Hammen, Maurice (Marie), Ambrose (Ceil), Izzy (Helen), Ernie (Eunice), Bill Hammen, Gerry Keyzers (Fritz), Roger Micke, Ves Van Zeeland and Ken Driessen. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
