He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Oscar and Gertrude Bell Christensen (Wilson); his grandson Hans Peter Christensen; his daughter-in-law Linda Christensen; his siblings, Yvonne Garrett and Howard Christensen; his brother-in-law Fred Garrett; and his stepgreat-grandson Nolan.

He is survived by: his wife Ruthann Kelley; his children, Douglas Christensen, Judy Kucksdorf (Peter), Allen Christensen (Cathy) and Jerry Christensen (Cheryl Kolman); his grandchildren, Kate Mathuram (Stanley), David Christensen (Erica), Stephen Emmsdorf (Julie), Ryan Kucksdorf (Alyssa), Lief Christensen (Erica), Patrick Christensen (Megan) and Austin White; his great grandchildren, Shylah, Xenyah, Talara, Arayla, Leela, Alaina, Aiden, Oliver, Isabell, Asa, Aksel, Noah and Lilly; his sister-in-law Beverly Christensen; his stepgrandchildren, Melissa Matson, Jenny Aparico (Edwin), Crystal Little (Even) and Jack Matson; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Elijah, Jessie, Audrina and Lucas.

Masks are requested for visitation and service.
