With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Ann Steinke (Leopolis, Wisconsin), born in Gresham, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 4, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Schmidt and Laura Schmidt (Ready); her husband Allen "Swampy" Steinke; her daughters, Sandra and Sally Schwersenska; her brother John "Jack" Schmidt; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Jaeger and Jeanne Schmidt.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Radtke (Dennis) of Suamico, Kathy Hillmer (LeRoy) of Montello, Tom Steinke (Lynn) of Shawano and Mike Steinke (Debra) of Shawano; her son-in-law Gordon Schwersenska; her siblings, Donna Jaeger of Minneapolis, Warren "Corney" Schmidt of Pella, James Schmidt of Leopolis and Robert Schmidt of Leopolis; and her sister-in-law Ruby Schmidt of Shawano. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
