Kosmal; his children, Ariel (Dakota) and Wyatt (Isabelle); his brother Kevin Slatky (Shannon); his mother-in-law Darlene Kosmal; his brother-in-law Wade Kosmal (Lori); and his nephews, Tyler and Brandon. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home (438 W Main St, Lena, WI 54139). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
