He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Rouer and Alice Rouer; and his daughter Judy. He is survived by: his wife Jean Donlevy; his children, Lori Schubert (Bob), Scott Rouer (Carol), Kevin Rouer, Jeff "Red" Rouer (Carol), Julie Dey (Jeff) and Sherry Drees (Tom); his sisters, Joyce Sterling and Anita Berendt; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Donlevy, Richard Donlevy, Vincent Bushmaker, Junior Henne and Loretta Munson. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
