He is survived by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Rudolph and Patricia Rudolph (Kostreva); his wife Shelly (Kozlovsky); his children, Alexis, Sienna and David; his brothers, Patrick (Mira) and Robert (Stacey); and his goddaughters, Lindsey Allard and Hailey Rudolph. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and in-laws.
