He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Hock and Mary "Minnie" Hock (Van Boxel); his sister Diane Gierczak; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Gallagher, Donald Trost and Margie Ostry.
He is survived by: his wife Bernadette "Bernie"; his children, Dean Hock (Lisa), Dale Hock (Michelle), Patrick Connelly (Lana), Jeff Connelly (Julie), Suzie Cayce (Kevin), Jennie Connelly, Lisa Ahrens (Tate) and Michelle Connelly; his grandchildren, Damien, Dalton Hock, Madison, Breanna, Brooke Hock, Andrew, Ashley, Daniel, Katie Connelly, John, Joseph, Jacob, Jade Connelly, Mason Mihalovic, Tamara, Matthew Duffeck, Kayleigh, Kyle, Devin Cayce, Kianna, Kaydia Wilson, Brandon, Cole, Isaiah, Ashton Ahrens, Hailey Otten and Ty-Ries Brown; his great grandchildren, Landon Duffeck, Christian-Jay Ruechert, Lilly and Allie Duffeck; his brother-in-law Ron Gierczak; his nephews, Scott and Christopher Gierczak (Debbie); and his parents-in-law, Joe Stangel, Therese Trost and Patrick Gallagher. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many friends.
