Barbara Jean Benecke Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Jean Benecke of Ledgeview, Wisconsin, born in Wausau, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 30, 2021 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Zimmerman and Joyce Zimmerman (Dumdei); her parents-in-law, Lloyd and Audrey Benecke; her aunts, Bernice (Zimmermann) and Mavis Boettcher (Dumdei); her uncle Gerhardt Zimmermann; and her nephew Philip Rusche.

She is survived by: her husband John P. Benecke; her daughter Elizabeth De Pere (Ben Wipfli); her grandchildren, Corporal, Ian, Lillian Benecke of Kailua, HI, Mason Benecke, Parker Benecke, De Pere and Audrey Benecke; her brother Mark Zimmerman; her niece Mazzy Zimmerman; her nephew Arthur Zimmerman of Austin, TX; her sister-in-law Linda Rusche; her niece Debbie Young (Austin) of Wadsworth, OH; her cousins, David and Beth Fingado (Mike) of Galveston, TX; her uncle Carl Boettcher; and her cousin Judy Henning (Paul). She is also survived by other cousins and friends.
