She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Howman; her son Dannie Howman; her brother Marshall Halverson; and also, Norma Krutz, Ray Krutz, Eileen Burr and Bob Burr.

She is survived by: her children, Barb Stoltenow (Jerry) of Mountain, David Howman (Kay) of Hortonville, Paul Howman (Marilyn) of Plymouth and Georgia Zehner of Larsen; her grandchildren, Steve Stoltenow (Jane) of Green Bay, Sandy Van Campenhout (Kevin) of Two Rivers, Lori Hobbs (Tony) of New London, Cathie Fellner (Chris) of Sturgeon Bay, Dan Howman (Cheryl) of Coon Rapids and Ann Marie Theien (Travis) of Bennett; her great grandchildren, Jennifer Effinger (Marc), Mathew Stoltenow, Lexi Campenhout, Samantha Van Campenhout, Talen Hobbs, Emberly Hobbs, Caitlyn, Caralee, Cathryn, Cassidy Fellner, Daniel, Andrew, Matthew, Alex Howman, Bryant, Alli and Addison Theien; and her great great grandchildren, Layla Effinger and Lucas Effinger.
