David K. Casebolt Obituary
David Casebolt, 71 of Lannon, WI passed away peacefully with his family by his side on May 29, 2023. David was born in Ames, Iowa on September 8, 1951 to Bernice (nee Hug) and Orville Casebolt.
David attended Neveda High School and Iowa Central Community College. He enjoyed working as a salesman for Phillip-Morris along with many positions at Acura of Brookfield where he made many friends. David also enjoyed golfing with his family, rooting for his grandson at Stevens Point football games as well as cheering on the Brewers and Packers. David loved music and often shared that love through song and whistling with everyone, regardless of time or location.
David is survived by his loving children, Andrea (Scott) Schmidt of Germantown, WI and Ben (Meg) Casebolt of Rochester, NY; his cherished grandchildren, Nathan and Emily Schmidt, Sam and William Casebolt; his dear brother, John (Barb) Casebolt of Marion, IA and their children, Jennifer (Jake) Wasek and Matt (Maggie) Casebolt; his brother Jerry's children Kristen (Colin) Crawford and Lee (Jen) Casebolt. David is also survived and will be dearly missed by Julie (Al) Angle of Clear Lake, IA, Carol (Chuck) Cunningham of Cedar Rapids, IA along with other relatives and many friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Jerry.
The family would also like to thank Dr. Davorka Nicolic and the staff at Froedtert Hospital in Menomonee Falls for their compassionate care.
A celebration of life will be held Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home, N84 W17937 Menomonee Ave in Menomonee Falls in WI from 4 to 7PM. A celebration of life will also be held on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at Indian Creek Country Club, 63012 260th Street in Neveda, Iowa 50201 from 2-5PM.
