He was predeceased by: his mother Margie Douglas (Thomas); his brother Bryan Douglas; and his grandparents, Dwayne, Phyllis Thomas, Alpha and Hattie Douglas.
He is survived by: his father Albert Douglas; his daughter Katelyn (Matthew); his brothers, Chad Douglas (Missy) of Darlington, Ric Douglas (Donna) of Darlington and Butch Douglas (Anne) of Mineral Point, WI.; and his niece Alicia Douglas. He is also survived by great-niece and two great-nephews along with his aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Kirk's name.
