He is survived by: his wife Vicki Belscamper of Lancaster; his children, Michael Hoffman (Jen Thur) of Dodgeville and Melanie Hoffman (Steve Bowen) of Lancaster; his grandson Taylor John; and his siblings, Kathryn Henely of Bellevue, NE and Larry Hoffman (Shirley) of Lancaster.
