He is survived by: his son Justin Horner of Fennimore; his grandson Grayson Horner; his mother Mary Schultz (Burkholder) of Fennimore; and his siblings, Jacqueline Wehrle (Rodney) of Fennimore, Rochelle Salisbury of Lancaster and Shannon Schultz (Jamie) of Fennimore. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
