She is survived by: her parents, Glenn Licitar and Betty Licitar (Wampler); and her siblings, Glenn Licitar Jr. (Sandrea Voeller), Dean Licitar (Amy), Debbie Licitar and Gladys Sterk (Mike). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the family to be given to different organizations in Gloria's name and memory.
