He is survived by: his brother Dan O'Flahrity (Karen) of Eldridge, IA; his brother-in-law Jerry Borowski of Byron, MN; his stepsister Kim Streif (Dave) of Fennimore; and his sister-in-law Lisa Loy of Plainfield, IL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
