He is survived by: his wife Dianne (Rebenitch); his children, Kurt Destiche (Lisa), Kari Alvey (Dan), Kim (Dave Anderson), Lynn Spice (Bill) and David (Carmen Olena Rincon); his grandchildren, Danielle Destiche, Christopher Destiche, Scott, Matt Alvey (Mellissa Chesser), Olivia Anderson, Sam Anderson, Brenden Spice, Logan Spice, Eli, Jackson and Matias Destiche; his great grandchild McKenzie Alvey; and his brothers, Ralph Destiche (Bonnie) and Wally Destiche (Anita).
