He is survived by: his significant other Bonita "Nita" Ankney; his children, Jamie Nass (Matt) and Corey Hofmann (Julie Thompson); his grandchildren, Gage, Tatum, Maxwell, Lucy, Giada and Giordana; his siblings, Tom Hofmann (Sue), Dick Hofmann (Pati), Jane Kordiyak (Steve), Rod Hofmann (Kathy), Ken Hofmann and John Hofmann; his sister-in-law DiAnne; his pet Nina; and also, Alica Bailey (Dan), Bill Cagle (Kasey), Steven Cagle (Denise) and Greg Cagle (Wendy).
