It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ida Niebur of Lake Tomahawk, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 17, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony Conrad and Ida Conrad (Kraftschenk) of Racine, WI.; her husband Wilbur Niebur; her grandchildren, Emma and William Niebur; her sister Doris; her siblings-in-law, Russ Wiskirchen, Betty, Lois and Burt; her niece Cathie Wiskirchen; and her nephew Andrew Wiskirchen.
She is survived by: her children, Alan (Annette) and Michelle; her stepdaughter Kristen; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Colton and Liam; her granddaughter Shannah (Francisco Aguilar); her great grandchildren, Brandon and Daniel; her granddaughter Tamara (Marco Villalobos Sr); her great grandchildren, Sofia and Marco Jr.; her granddaughter Brenna (Axel Castro); her great grandchildren, Kayleigh and Khloe; her granddaughters, Tia and Olivia; her nephew Richard Cleven (Carol); and her children, Betty Ann Decker (Pat), Donna Lepianka, Bob Kaplan (Rachel), Linda Akin (Tim), Tad Niebur, Vickie Hinkle (Ron), Tony Wiskirchen (Becky), Richard Wiskirchen (Donna) and Charles Wiskirchen (Tracy).
