She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer Zoltak Jr.; her children, Denise Biewer and Zachary Zoltak; her grandson Willie Zoltak; and her daughter-in-law Angie Zoltak.
She is survived by: her sons, Elmer Zoltak (Deanice) of Solon Springs, Dennis 'Andy Zoltak of Early, TX and Christopher Zoltak (Lindsey Wilson) of Lake Nebagamon; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Moreno (Jessica), Westley Thompson-Moreno, Alice Thompson-Thorpe (Benjamin Drinkwine), Tod Zoltak, Sharon 'Shay Zoltak, Elizabeth Schorik, Jacob Zoltak (Olivia) and Austin Zoltak (Alayna Gilbertson). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
